Standard Monitoring Service
Section titled “Standard Monitoring Service”One-time setup fee — $50 per vehicle. The one-time setup fee covers device preparation, activation, onboarding, and enrollment into the CTC Monitoring system.
Annual monitoring — $180 per vehicle, per year. The annual monitoring fee includes:
- Remote emissions monitoring.
- Automated emissions testing (when applicable).
- Compliance monitoring.
- Data submission to CARB.
- Access to the CTC Monitoring platform.
Recreational Vehicle (RV) & Eligible Agricultural Vehicle Pricing
Section titled “Recreational Vehicle (RV) & Eligible Agricultural Vehicle Pricing”Qualifying recreational vehicles (RVs) and eligible agricultural vehicles are offered a reduced monitoring rate:
- $50 one-time setup fee.
- $65 annual monitoring.
- $100 refundable and transferable device deposit.
The device deposit is fully refundable when the monitoring device is returned in good working condition. If the vehicle is sold, the monitoring service and device deposit may be transferred to the new owner, subject to account transfer requirements.
Device Included
Section titled “Device Included”The standard monitoring device is included with the monitoring service. Most installations are plug-and-play and can often be completed by the vehicle owner. Some vehicles or customer preferences may require additional installation hardware or professional installation services.
Fleet Pricing

Manual Testing Services
